I was visiting from Columbia, SC. I rely on my glasses for driving. Well after a mishap, I was left with a bent frame and popped out lens. I couldn't fix it myself, and several places I went to couldn't do anything. I stopped off at this American Vision Center store and was happily greeted by Sally Mitchell. I asked if they fixed eye glasses and she said she would take a look. I told her my predicament where I needed them in order to drive home and after five minutes of her working her magic I had my glasses back in better shape than before they were broken!! I'm seriously so grateful for you guys and Sally. If I ever need eye glass help when I'm in town again, I'll definitely be stopping by! ...read more

Fail to call after my lens can in. Inform it would take 2-3 hr wait time due to shortage of personnel. Waited 2 and a half hours still no call.Picked up glasses had to ask for receipt and prescription. People need their jobs, but I beleive the 2 ladies at this store don,t.. If you need to replace the lenses in your glasses, do so carefully to keep your glasses in good condition. To replace lenses, remove the screws from your frames and push out the lenses.
