Orderd parts from this site, only to find out they dont have them and they will ship from the manufacturer. After waiting a week with no word. I contacted them and they told me they were still shipping from the supplier. Then I contacted the supplier and found out they dont even have the part any more. 6 Days after I ordered my item from captwholesale.com I still had not recieved it. After phone calls (their phones don't work) and numerous emails I finally get a phone call from ERIC (Apparently the owner). It goes like this: [ME] Hello? [ERIC] Hi, is this dave? [ME] Yeah, it sure is. [ERIC] This is, ughh.. (starts talking to someone in his office or cubicle...) This is Eric from captwholesale. I need your 3 digit security code to process your order? [ME] Eric, Before I give it to you, Can I ask why didn't someone call or email me with this requirement within the past 6 days? You have no idea how behind I am now and my vacation is practically ruined... [ERIC] Well, I'll just cancel your order then.
