We used Frailey for the first time this year for a closing. Our heat pump is now broken to the tube of $1,500. It was working when they close the pool - broken upon pool opening. They refuse responsibility...I guess the heat exchanged just cracked all on its own.

If they run their business this way in terms of something that is clearly their fault I would watch our for any dealing with them.
