The owner came out to repair a burst PVC pipe just inches in the ground, replaced a foot of pvc which took and hour and charged my parents 780.00!! Even if were charged as an emergency call, 1 hour and 1 foot of pvc costing what? $5.00 Please, can anyone say price gouger?? He said to go and report him to the BBB which we did, come to find out is already an "F" compnay and has been stripped of any accreditation as of 1/26/10
