I would never trust these people again with my hard earn money.I rented from them gun fire dogs running in packs on property hunting in back yard for Squirrels by strangers.The home they rent is old has plywood floors giving way got hurt they would respond.I have had problems with the water lines giving out particle board sinks roof leaking mold and keeping warm when it gets cold.The office is in South Port off 77 not Panama City as they would have you believe.IF YOU CANT TRUST THEM ON THIS HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME? I would go else where that has more than one agent located close to your home . I have been there a number of times no on at the office read their contract if you do I dont believe you sign.
