I have been using Top Line Auto for the past 12 years. I have found the staff knowledgeableas well courteous. This past week,I dropped off car for tires and several other tasks.The Team called me up within an hour with an estimate that was $ 75 less than 2 other quotes that I had gotten,we agreed and the car was ready in 90 minutes. They damaged my truck, called me a liar, and tried to overcharge me for unneeded reapirs. I took my truck to Ford and they said that they were full of it all of the repairs were 50% more at Mcgee than at Ford. Please save yourself the headache and money, run away fast. ...read more

I went to get car fixed and they damaged my vehicle. They took no responsibility for damage. They called me a liar and then proceeded to give me a list of repairs that were out of this world. We know times are tough, budgets are stretched, and most folks are price shopping. Make sure that when comparing tire prices from different providers, the price you are comparing is "out the door." Many vendors will appear to be more competitive with their tire prices, because they do not include in their quoted prices necessary costs, including mounting and balancing, valve stems, and state required tire users tax and disposal fees. This sometimes adds $20-30 more on the top of each tire purchased! Occasionally, shipping fees also prevent a "bargain" tire from being the best choice. You can get a tread depth gauge at an auto parts store for a couple of dollars, but a quarter makes a perfectly acceptable substitute. Hold the quarter with Washington's head pointed down into the tread. If the tread is shallow enough to reveal George's hairline, it is time to start shopping.
