They towed my car recently and I wasn't upset about the towing of the vechile but, more as to how it was handled! When I called for directions to their area the person was extremely rude and gave me the address and told me to put it in my GPS! Then when we arrived after being lost for two hours they took about another hour to help. When we got half way home I realized I was late for work and also realized my car was making a weird noise. I tried to contact them that day and the person I spoke with was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the manager the manager too was rude!
