I filed a report with the BBB in 2011. Fast forward to last month & I get a reply on my complaint out of the blue from the new manager, Cindy Delany. she asked what happened, I told her. She said that after she asked us if we would like to trade it in and purchase another TT. (REALLY?) . The service manager called, set up an appointment to handle this. She called today. She was VERY rude, talked over me, said she never authorized the Service Manager to call me, that he must have misunderstood. She then went on the BBB and left a FALSE response saying that we never showed up and she has done all she can do. I can not stressed strongly enough, that once Orlando RV gets yours money they are DONE with you. This is the WORSE customer service I have ever received, we are left with a damaged camper. We want this camper fixed, Ms Delany called us & then LIED on the previous complaint. There is much more to this story but I can only put so much on here, complete complaint on Google + ...read more
