They are THIEVES! They stole my car mats from my vehicle and after 30 minutes of searching just so happen to recover my driver's mat then said I only had one mat. These people are ridiculously CROOKED and I wouldn't let these people touch my car again. Plus my cup holders were missing until I complained and they didn't even touch my rear trunk hatch. I am truly sorry I bought this deal and wish I could get returned to my before this car wash status. By the way a couple of people weren't happy while I was there and that should have been my clue. I bought the half off deal for a complete interior detail and when my vehicle was "finished" my carpet mats were GONE. After looking around for about 30 minutes or so they found only my driver side mat. Then they accused me of only having the driver's side mat. After further review of my vehicle they hadn't out the cupholder mats back in the vehicle or any of the other interior extras. These people are liars and disgustingly treacherous. They are refusing to acknowledge that my car had floor mats and replace what they're employees stole and my car wasn't cleaned. The rear trunk hatch hadn't been touched and there was food and trash underneath my back seat. I would recommend taking pictures of your interior before leaving your car or getting your money back before leaving your car with these CROOKS.
