Sears Outlet

I found out right after purchasing a refurbished mower from the Sears Outlet that I could buy the same mower at Sears retail for only $10 more. Getting my money back from the Outlet was a nightmare, and they did not refund the $89 delivery charge (for something that was NOT delivered). In addition they refused to refund the $330 we spent for they extended warranty because they claimed it was transferable. It was not. Sears Retail straightened it out for us. NEVER buy anything but parts, in the north side of the building. And NEVER buy refurbished ANYTHING from this store. BTW even though it says "Sears" everywhere, they are owned by a different, evil company with draconian policies for returns. Run, don't walk from this "Outlet" to a REAL Sears. ...read more

The store itself I love going there to shop and the maintenance people and cashiers are very well behave,\t\nBut I cant say the same of the demos people some of them are very rude and have no profeccionalism whatsoever especially one that instead of selling the product shes selling her sad story about breast cancer and what not .it is very unpleseant due that i go over there to bu not to hear stories about anybody.myself do unnderstand that breast cancer is a very seruios problem now a day but i think it should not be tell while your trying to sell a product . But taking the demos people out the store it has its ups and down but overall is a great place to shop. ...read more

I have always enjoyed traveling and finding those great liitle boutique districts and I knew the minute I was on Park Avenue that this was my vacation heaven. Far away from the bustling touristy attractions and littered with upscale shops. Sadly Park Ave is nothing more than a place for small business owners to mark up designer brands that you usually can get fairly reasonable up north. Sultre was really no exeption.
