Good evening I am actually a lot calmer now from the experience I had in the store to at approximately 1:30 I walked into the store with my Aunt and sister my Aunt took a cart and I took a wheel chair (because of my disability) the greeter at the door who identified himself as head of security Tyrone stated to me I was not allowed to take a wheel chair he informed me it was reserved for elderly and or Pregnant individuals. He then proceeded to ask me if I was pregnant and also am I elderly when I went to roll away because I thought he was joking around well things got serious voices were raised. I explained to him I didn't have to disclose my disabilities to him. He (Tyrone or ask Walmart said victor) informed me he was the head of security upon me asking for his supervisor he informed me he was the supervisor. I proceeded to ask for his corporate number he tells me he will give it to me when I leave the store. I told him no I want it now because I am going to complain. He laughed at me. The front end supervisor then helped me and called for Pedro the loss prevention supervisor spoke with me and gave me the number to Us Securities. I called Us Securities and spoke with John which stated the regional will be looking into this and will get back to me. I am still waiting to find out why I was detained at the door coming in for More than 20 mins. Also, I was harassed by the man for more than 20 mins. Now why. I want answers........ ...read more
