I've been around Macs for a long time, and I have pretty good skills in working with them. One of our iMacs was having serious trouble, Steve was way beyond my level of skill and came to the rescue both with information and informed choices. He advised about equipment, installed faster hard drives, helped with our network and all in all came through for us.
