After an informal inspection of our home by an inspection service, they adivsed I may have a beam issue with my home. I found Dolezar construction online and spoke with John Dolezar. He was nice, courteous, and very professional. He came to my home on a Saturday, and did a full inspection of my home in the crawl space. After the inspection he advised me there was no problem, and that no one had been under there in a long time. He advised there is a minor moisture issue that could be corrected myself by clearing out some debris around the crawl space vents. John Dolezar advised that there was no charge for his time, and provided honesty that is unheard of these days. I can not tell you how impressed we are with Mr. Dolezar and his company.
