Over the last 10 days I have experienced far and way the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with (and I am 59 years old). They have lied to me and made notes on my service record that never happened. I just got off the phone with someone (who was trying to be very helpful) and when she read to me what they had told me earlier this week it was all a lie. Not even sure why. not clarifying at all what the technician had told me, she then got snippy with me and of course says theres nothing she can do until the Freon money is paid for!? I ask why cant I pay for it when he gets to my house and just pay for the amount that he uses?! That's a no go! She stated he will use the whole 12lbs. hmm, funny how he told me it didn't need that much, but shes assuring me it WILL use it! I then proceeded to ask if I pay for the Freon and its not all used will I get a refund. yes she stated. I had the tech out to my home hmm, lets say 3 times now.. EVERY time he shows up, he "fixes" one problem and then "finds" another problem. Its been over a month without ac from this company!! AND EVERY TIME I CALL, I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 4-5 DAYS TO BE PUT BACK ON THE SCHEDULE!!!!! Its horrible, when does a supervisor step in and look at whats going on rather than keep sending the same idiotic technician out to the home!?!?! OBVIOUSLY he doesn't know what hes doing. And now, I need a new compressor and at least 12 lbs of Freon and that will cost me $778.93 out of pocket... even though the technician stated I wouldn't even need that much, he just has to put it down on the paper because that's what the unit holds. so I call the office and demand a supervisor, and sure enough behold, HES NOT THERE!!! so I ask for someone who is in charge, I get a girl named Megan, she was worthless to help me, all she told me is I have to pay that before the compressor would be ordered!?!?!?!?!? ...read more
