This company is the most unprofessional security company in Palm Beach County period. An employee of Primary Protective Services with the last name of Vasquez (he refused to provide his first name when asked) stationed at Victoria Woods off of Summit Blvd believes it is okay to harass and threaten residents. After the second incident, I attempted to file a complaint with the company headquarters by phone @ 561-800-2394. I spoke to an employee by the name of Ricardo De Armas who refused to take my complaint seriously; he repeatedly stated "he would contact Vasquez to hear his side of the story and get back to me with a return phone call." I waited an hour and never heard back so I called again only to be greeted by a woman who stated, "Ricardo is busy assisting another customer at this time; can I take a message?" Even though it was 1 o'clock in the morning. I have yet to hear back from Primary Protective Services regarding this matter. It's ridiculous that a security guard would act in a contentious manner towards the very people he is employed to protect and keep safe.
