My Business engaged Adventech to install a server and provide other services. From the day we hired them, we incurred various computer problems. There were always issues with viruses and the computers were slow. But, they always had an answer - pay us more money and we will fix the problem. We believe that Adventech created these issues and then charged us to fix the problems they created. They were eventually fired and our new IT provider removed the programs Adventech installed (some without our authorization) and ournew IT compny resolved our computer problems. We disputed the bills from Adventech as they double billed and billed for work they did not perform and/or billed us for work that did not fix our computer issues. Rather than do the right thing and reduce or dismiss the unethical bill - they sent us to collections. BUYER BEWARE - they are SCAM ARTISTS. ...read more
