TLC Recovery's website has a photo gallery detailing the beautiful home, complete with a home theater, a chef's kitchen and "gorgeous bedrooms."Despite some opposition and concern from the community, people recovering from addictions are protected under federal fair housing and disability laws, and cannot be treated differently from other families moving into residential neighborhoods. "Everyone deserves a fair chance to live in the neighborhood of his or her choice, free from unnecessary barriers," said TLC Recovery's attorney James Green. Delray Beach is currently being sued over its recent refusal to allow sober house in a $3 million home. The Deerfield Beach mansion will allow recovering addicts to live together and receive support from one another. Popular rapper Flo Rida has reached a deal for his June arrest in Miami Beach for DUI. He will not serve any time in jail.Flo Rida was permitted to enroll in the "Back on Track" program for first time offenders.
