We recently made our first big move from FL to TX; and thanks to the movers the experience was quite smooth and practically stress free. On the day, Benny and his team were the most pleasant, personable and professional movers I'd met. They worked well together and their efficiency really impressed us. Our things were wrapped carefully and watching them work put my mind at ease. As with all moves, budget is an issue, but the service and standards are worth it. Regions van lines is a great company to work with. I expected the task to be stressful and the whole moving situation to be complicated, but with Regions van lines it was awesome. They showed up on time and were fast, professional and efficient. They wrapped all my things up very tightly and carefully and I can say that these guys were really experienced. Nothing got damaged or broken. Things were quite smooth from the very beginning to the very end. They did not make any scratch anywhere and they did not lose any items. I moved from NY to VA and I can just say that their customer service went above and beyond. Their price was incredible! It was significantly less than the prices in other companies. Firstly, I thought that the quality of service would not be on the level I required because of the low price, but I was completely wrong. It was a sudden decision of moving out of Edison, NJ to Bronx, NY because of some personal reasons. However, I got quotes from many moving companies and Regions van lines was among the highest bidders. But I still booked my move with them because of their great reputation. My sales rep Vicky was very responsible; she handled all pre-move arrangements with great professionalism and scheduled my move within a very short notice. Sherman, the foreman made sure a fast packing and loading and never compromised with the safety of my valuables. The story is, yes I can move your car for this cheap old price and yes your car is Insured and yes I need a credit card deposit to ship your car. 99% of the time this is a Lie. You the customer are being quoted prices from 1973 when fuel was .67cents a gallon and Insurance was about 90% cheaper. Now that you received this unrealistic quote you think you got a great deal and everyone else is a rip off, and then you book the order and give your credit card number to a fraudster. All I can say is good luck to you. I'll speak to you in 3 weeks after you booked with the scammer and you'll ask for help. You will beg for a great price like the one you received and We wouldn't be able to help you. Reason being the rate is wrong. Example for you is, Today we received an email from a prospect to meet a quote of $725.00 dollars to ship a car from Florida to California. Let me tell you the rate in 1967 was 800. dollars. So how can we compete. Our rate is 1150 for the same transport. How could there be such a difference. Doesn't make sense. Now Dealers Choice Auto Transport might be expensive to you, but that is our price and that is the price with actual insurance. When you rent a car, you can pay 30 dollars a day with no insurance. With insurance the rate goes up to 43 dollars a day. So understand the reality.
