However, the problem of acidity can be completely avoided by taking note of some valuable tips: Avoid consuming heavy foods before traveling: Resist that temptation to eat heavy meals while traveling. You could keep your meals light to avoid any symptoms that might appear enroute to your destination. Pack small meals of healthy foods that can be eaten during your journey. Avoid eating late: Now since you’re traveling, you will be caught up with a gamut of activities, leaving you exhausted. In such scenario, eating at irregular intervals can prove to be disastrous.
