I just had a new alarm system installed in my home. The technician was great and I would rate the company highly on that. My problem is when I reviewed the documents, it seems the terms are set up for a five year, self renewing contract for an additional five years. I called to clarify/adjust the terms, making repeated calls, the sales rep "Joe" was always busy and never returned my calls. Not a good way to run a business in my opinion-makes you question what kind of service I will recieve for the next 10 years??? ...read more
