I made a purchase online with this store back in August of 2014. I knew it would take a little while because my purchase had to be personalized. But a few weeks went by, then a few months, I hadn't received an e-mail or a notification that my order was on its way, let alone existed. So I decided to contact the store. No answer. I e-mailed again only to get a response telling me they'd figure out what was wrong with my order. Few more weeks had passed and still nothing. I kept e-mailing but I'd never get a response. Frustrated and desperate I decided to go through the store's sister website, I Love Jewelry. At least I got a response there. They told me the owner would ship my purchase out the next day. That happened twice. It's December 2014 and I still do not have my almost $200 purchase. I figure I'll never see it. I encourage anyone and everywhere to take their business elsewhere than here.
