BEWARE!! There is not enough room here to describe all of the issues we had with our rental and this company. If you have any problems don't expect them to deal with them, you will have to spend your vacation time on the phone with them trying to trouble shoot your problems. After a week of one problem after another we tried to contact the company to discuss our issues and a partial refund, but they would not return our emails or our calls.
