That's right, I've had bad experiences with Maria the manager of that place for a fraudulent debt, she takes advantage of everything to take money from the owners of the houses. The owner of the park not even have a way of contact. Maria and the owner (Darrel) are thieves. I know many owners of houses with the same problem. If you buy a house at the park you will lose your money. Maria will begin to bother you with anything to try to charge you with a fraudulent fee, eventualy you'll get tire of that situation and have to leave your home to live in prace somewhere else, and your house goona be resaled and you will lose your money like many people I know. ...read more
