I have walked into this store several times and not once has any sales associate ever approached me or acknowledged that I am there. Normally, I do not like it when too many sales associates swarm in for the kill. But, going into this store several time and seeing the sales team just standing around and not one saying hello is pretty ridiculous. And when I did ask about a product they gave me the shortest answer and turned and walked away. I like apple products and may continue to buy them in the future. The people there are so rude that I am utterly shocked that they are permitted to work! One man even gave me a sneer (yes, I'm not joking) when I asked him a question about one of their products. Avoid this store at all cost. I had such a bad and uncomfortable experience that I am never going to enter an hhgregg again.
