He was there only shortly, but he spoke good of all the people that resided at Clifford Hill Community Outreach Center, Inc. He was the love of our family, always making a joke so he could hear the laughter in the room. He lit up everyone’s spirits that were present around him. He is deeply missed by his sister’s and brother everyday. I pray for all of those people at Clifford Hill Community Hill Community Outreach Center, Inc. that were set up to go to jail, and are having a hard time trying to find housing and work because of the crime that they have been charged with. My brother was innocent of his charges, but he fault hard, made it out of prison, and then tried hard to live outside of the jail bars. It wasn’t easy for him, so God took him in his hands. Unfortunately I can't rate ZERO stars, or I would. Do NOT work with Jerry Ann Winters. She is unprofessional and uncommunicative. Any agent who goes out of town to a rural, remote area with little to no cell phone & internet service and doesn't have a back up agent handling her business is just worthless. So unprofessional. We made an offer on a home and I don't know if the offer was ever even communicated to the home owner, as nothing was ever signed. She received a "better" offer on the home and never even told me the home was no longer available....needless to say, I am still waiting. I found out about the status of the home I put an offer on through another agent who tracked her down. What an awful experience and poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this agent to ANY serious home buyer, such as myself. Sellers beware! ...read more

This place is infested with coach roaches! Wake up to get a drink in the middle of the night and you will be kindly greeted by your 50 coach roach friends that you are ever so familiar seeing. There is coach roaches in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, on the ceilings, in the drawers, and all Over the dishes, cups as well as the dish washer. This place is full of gangsters and drug dealers who spend their days hanging out in the apartment parking lot. These people are DISGUSTING and to be honest I am not quite sure how they are still able to do business and haven't been sued yet. Their newest thing is that you cannot hand your rent checks to the front desk anymore because of "security" issues, you have to drop them in the drop box, so they will never post it the same day and then claim you are late and get more fees from tenants. Here you have tenants willing to pay their rent on time and All County refusing to accept rent payments so they can bilk customers out of hundreds in frivolous late fees. The fact that the attorney general hasn't looked into their business practices after 13 complaints in 18 months and a grade of F from the BBB is beyond me. The owner Su Ferrera is as worthless as they come, and spinless shill of a Property Manager Maura is equally as bad. The accounting practices are CRIMINAL and if you are a tenant, good luck getting a hold of somebody to fix ANY issue whether it be related to billing or the property. As for owners, I suggest you stay far away as these people will withhold payments and never relay information to you about disgruntled tenants. In some cases they will let your property get destroyed by angry tenants and not even tell the owners whats going on!? Awesome Company i've been dealing with this company since the summer of 2010. So far so good. Great customer service. Any inquirys made were answered to fullest extent. Someone should SUE this company for false advertising, misrepresentation of product/services and I wish it could be me. I was so tired of dealing with slumlords and after I found myself in a rental foreclosure after dumping $5 grand to get into it.. I decided to go with a property management company. I was specific about why I was going through a mgt. company.. particularly wanting to ensure that maintenance issues were cared for in a timely manner, accounting would be on the "up and up" and that the company would ensure that I wasn't in a foreclosure. Maura Harp mislead and misrepresented her company and my unit regarding all of these issues, with the exception of the foreclosure part... but then again, who knows. I was immediately faced with a non working AC unit that was filled with mold, an outside laundry room on my porch that was torn down by the association because the building was filled with mold, etc.. After months of putting in maintenance requests and trying to chase her down she informs me via email that "the owner prefers to perform his own maintenance. Funny, I was made to sit and watch a video on how to request maint., etc. What a joke, but it seems the joke is on me.On top of all this, there are serious accounting problems and mishandling of documents. I moved here knowing that I needed to stay at least two years, so against my better judgement and being unable to move quite frankly, I renewed.. But All County is charging me as a month to month tenant because they can't find my lease.. I've sent it TWICE...To date, they continue to charge me as a month to month tenant. My bedroom window has been held up with a log for nearly two years, and has to stay open constantly because if there is a fire, it's the only way out and it is impossible to get open with ease. I have tried everything.. BBB, corporate, owner, etc. but to no avail. HORRIBLE people treating people horribly. ...read more
