Wow this company is a terrible scam. I worked for them for 1 day. I am a Christian and wasn't able to abide by their corruption. They charge by the hour and if they work for 1 hour and 1 minute then you are charge for 2 hours. We are told before we start the job to make sure to run into the next hour no matter what. Sometimes when we get done with the job we move boxes around in the back of the truck for no reason until we hit the next hour mark. It's very sad to take advantage of people. Also the company subcontracts its movers with no background check or drug tests. So this company will send any joe schmoe into your precious home around your valuables, goods, and children. That is a very scary thought. The first day I worked the driver of the van hit a mailbox to a neighbooring house. Instead of informing the person the driver told me to keep quiet or I'd get fired. I was also accused of stealing money the first day I worked and still haven't been paid for my first day. I have to resort to callling wage and labor. The vans they use to move your property are utterly disgusting. You should look at all the mold, dirt, and debre all of your precious stuff will be sitting on. Also, when you use the company they make the customer sign a paper saying the company won't be responsible for ANY DAMAGES, STOLEN PROPERTY, LOST PROPERTY, AND SO ON AND SO FORTH. The company also will not give you your stuff if you refuse to pay the scammed price of charging you for the last hour that they milk. I was very confused when the manager kept telling me to slow down so that we could get paid for the extra hour. Each hour is $100 so it's very sad when you only need a small amount of work done and they charge you $200 for 1 hour and 3 minutes. This company has bad reviews all over the internet. Please be careful and use a licensed and insured company that can certified workers to your home instead of potentially dangerous strangers. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't do drug test or background checks on their employees. Also, the technicians smoke in the Moving Trucks which makes peoples property smell of a disgusting Smokey Smell. Some of the other things that really bothered me was how they would throw certain items right on the floor of the dirty truck, like laundry and bed mattresses. Items like these people put on their bodies and shouldn't be in contact with the disgusting floor of trucks. One customer got upset that one side of their mattress was dirty and the Mover lied to the customer and said that we put a sheet underneath it. People deserve the truth and better care, especially for the amount of money they are corruptly taken advantage for. Please read the paper that you sign so that you know the company holds the customer responsible for stolen, damaged, and lost goods. ...read more
