Don't be fooled by the "discount". On their website it says 20% off until Aug 1. When I purchased my chandelier, the website had a different date. They actually just change the date to make it seem like the discount ends. Personally, I think it's deceiving and a bad business practice. Also, I completely agree with the other poster the customer service is poor. I worked with David Moffatt who I thought was very rude. I did my share of searching for the best skylight for my office space at home. When I got enough of the fluorecent lights hanging over my head I got a tip from a friend that had a Solatube installed at his house a couple months ago. I had to go to his house to believe these things really work. What a difference, the kitchen did not even looked the same. I call the toll free number they have and got my 2 solatubes in within a week.
