This complaint is aobut the dramatic increase in the cost of Pepsi-cola products during this already trying economic time. Our immediate family alone used to purchase 4-6 of the twelve-packs of Pepsi-cola products monthly over the past 30 years. Since the change in distribution to eight-packs costing the same amount of money that a twelve-pack used to cost, our consumption of this product has been reduced to 2 twelve-packs or less per month. We have had to resort to finding alternative drinks because we are not able to afford this dramatic increase in cost. Even when we can, we refuse to be ripped off after being such loyal consumers for so many years. An employee of the local convenience store said there have been a multitutde of complaints from others regarding this complaint. Your sales must reflect a dramatic decrease. Don't count it as only part of the recession! Part of it is a direct result of trying to fool the American public into paying more for less!! ...read more
