I brought my SeaDoo Jetski in for an inspection and was informed it needed an airpump. I picked up the ski and it ran the same. I returned it and was told it needed seals at the back end. They installed the seals, and started it for me out of the water. I asked about the noise it was making near the rear end was told "they all sound that way" it sounded off but I trusted their word. The ski ran the same. I returned it after the second repair and was informed that in fact the drive shaft was warped. They installed a new drive shaft. I took the ski out a third time and it sank. I returned it and was informed they had done nothing wrong. "sometime they sink". I took it Barneys and was informed that the wrong size drive shaft was installed which wrecked the rear end and allowed water into the ski ruining the electronic control unit and destroyed the engine. The "inspection" failed to detect holes in the exhaust. Engine is ruined. I am suing this horrible business. ...read more

I brought my jet boat to this business in running condition. I was having an issue with the boat bogging down after it ran for awhile. I was informed the boat needed a carb job after they water tested the boat. They stated they cleaned the carbs but then called me to inform me they boat would no longer run. I was told the boat needed a complete overhaul to the tune of $1700.00 plus the carb job. I gave the go ahead to clean the carbs. I told them to put the boat back together and deliver it to me like I delivered it to them in running condtion and they informed me that was not possible since the engine would no longer run without a complete overhaul. I am in process of filling a complaint with attorney general's office and better business bureau. I would rate this business with no stars. In essence they blew the engine while it was there and now want me to pay for their mistake of overheating the engine until it seized. ...read more
