I read an article in the newspaper about this store and went to the store not knowing what to expect. I was afraid it was only for gourmet cooks, which I'm not. I was standing there facing many different infused olive oils and vinegars that I never knew existed! I must admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first. But the store manager came right over to help and he explained the procedure of sampling before you buy. He gave me suggestions for pairing the oils and vinegars. He was extremely helpful and patient as I tried just about every oil and vinegar in the store. In the end, I think I bought the perfect pairing for my Spring salads. BUT, don't think that's all this store has to offer. The savory jellies, spreads, and tapenades are delicious and you can't find them anywhere else in this area. I was employed by this company and it was the worst experience ever!! The product is over priced and the unpaid 3 day training that I went through focused on how to guilt family memebers to not only buy something from me, but give me names and phone numbers of all of they're friends. The purpose of recieving my families friends name and phone numbers was so that I could try to set an appointment with them so that I could show them the product with no obligation. The truth is that before and after every appointment, I had to call the office to get ways on how to word things to make them buy the product even though I told them in the begining of the appointment that they didn't have to purchase anything. I told the PSM Rob Dial that I refused to guilt my family and friends into buying the product if they didn't want to, and from then on he as well as the other managers made myself and every other salesperson that felt that way as outsiders.
