I had the worst experience I have ever had with any type of service on my car at a this Tires Plus. When I took my car in today to get new tires they took 3 hours when they said it would take 1.5 hours max. I saw my car come around then immediately return to the shop. I asked if there was a problem and they said no, only that they forgot to write down some numbers off the tire. Over 30 minutes later they revealed they had put the window down and could not get it back up (My driver side window has not opened for several months now. They were probably trying to rig it without me knowing it had even been broken further). So I asked them to at least fix to the point that it would stay up as it had before. Within two hours of leaving it had already fallen, leaving it half-way down. We took my car to tires plus to have the pil changed and was tlaked into a diagnostic check since I had a problem with it stalling out on me! They quoted me over $1000 for EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY HONDA.....and said the distributor was bad and I needed it replaced, hence the STALLING! That alone was about $500....I went thru hell trying to get my car SOMEWHERE ELSE to have it checked becasue it seemed kind of high....WELL....IT WAS! First of all, it wasnt the distibutor AT ALL!!! It was the ignition switch and only cost $120 with parts AND labor and secondly..NOTHING ELSE WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!! These people dont know what they are talking about and are greedy and liars!
