I paid them for a closing and they failed to record the deed as husband and wife. I am in Real Estate and this is customary among all the other title companies I have ever dealt with. Yet South Tampa claims that "this is not required according to Florida law". This is a ridiculous excuse because what is right for a customer not “the law” should be their guiding principle. Don't use these people. Once they have you money, they don't care. Since they refuse to correct the deed, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. ...read more

Had my car totaled and I needed a duplicate title fastt to settle and get insurance check. Thats where a quick google search and good reviews got me to Florida Fast Title. I overnighted required items and just couple days later my title was on my doorstep this morning in Texas!! Not only that but a check for $80 !!!! Title office didn't charge for new title so they only charged me their fee which was about the price to overnight, very reasonable. I was quite shocked with the honesty really, i wouldnt have expected a company to have been that honest , They could have simply kept it as a bonus , but instead a smiley face note with check made me glad i know i chose the right place. I also was able to get my insurance check today as well bc of the fast service ! really lived up to the name!!!! ...read more

The owner of this unorganized hole in the wall pool store has the worst attitude. I had the worst experience "trying" to shop at this store. I felt like i was the enemy... I would not recommend this place to anyone. With places like Pinch a penny or Leslie's i don't see the reason why ill ever go back to Perfec pools. ...read more

Often they're the ones who want to buy what's called an inventory home: a house that's finished, or nearly so, that they can move into quickly. They don't want to wait nine to 12 months to design and build a home from scratch. They want a place they and their families can get into soon and get settled.And who's not in the market anymore? Investors and flippers, those wonderful people who that has scorched virtually everyone to one degree or another.That snapshot of the Tampa Bay housing market comes from Jim Deitch, executive vice president at Southern Crafted Homes. The 18-year-old company, which is based in Land O'Lakes, currently builds about 100 homes a year, priced from the $200,000s to more than $700,000, in four communities around Tampa Bay.Deitch joined several other area builders at a media roundtable last week put on by the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
