I am very disappointed at the new management at the Mcdonals on Capital Circle and Tim Gamble road. I have been a customer for over 10 years and the crew at this McDonald's was like familty until the new management took over. Most of the black help was let go and Hispanic help hired. The crew that was under Ms. Sharon was top notch, both service wise and professionaly. I knew them all by name, and got hugs from them every morning when I came in. Now there is only one crew member working the front counter around 7:00 and there are lines waiting on service and lines waiting on food. Everyone who is a regular, and some crew members, have mentioned to me what an unfriendly and slow restaurant it has become. I also take offense to the crew talking Spanish to each other. When you patronize an establishment for so long, everone becomes family, and someone has truly destoyed my family, and I am writing to you as a very disapointed customer.
