I would not recommend that anyone move here. This whole apartment complex is overpriced if you do not sign up during the discounted price; and even then you're just signing up for paper-thin walls and a years worth of excuses from maintenance and Paula (the manager). Yes maintenance responds quickly but the almost never correct the problem the first time. Pool is always dirty. People that don't even live here come to swim and use the gym. The only thing great about this place is the the location. Water leak central! Pleasssseee pray that your not the tenant that falls victim to the water leaks and your electric bill sky rockets $300! Then Paula gives you another excuse as to why she can't refund your money. Water leaks are not the tenants fault and they should not be responsible for them. SEEMS LIKE A NICE PLACE AT FIRST BUT WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING THEY CAN FIND WRONG! I AM BEING CHARGED OVER $700! AND I KNOW AT LEAST 20 OTHER PEOPLE WHO MOVED OUT AT THE SAME TIME AS ME, WHO ARE BEING CHARGED BETWEEN $600-$1100!!! WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AS WE SPEAK. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET YOURSELF INTO THIS MESS! THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE CLOSED!
