We contracted with Stuart Fence company to install a fence just outside of our property line with our HOA's written approval. The current fenced area was too small for our dog. Stuart fence told us that the county may not allow it, even though others in neighborhood had approval. They never notified us (verbally or in writing) that IF the county did not approve it they were keeping some of our deposit.
