I have made the mistake of bringing my dry cleaning to this company on several occasions giving them a sencond and third chance, however they did not redeem themselves the least bit. I do not reccomend this company to anyone who values their clothes, let alone anyone who values a professional experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Took item to be cleaned on 9/9, was promised 9/12. When I went to pick up 9/14 it wasn't ready. The owner said he was trying to remove a stain and it would be done the next day.Since it was 5 miles out of my way I verified he had my phone number and requested a call when complete. Today 9/25 and it has not been re-cleaned to date. Told clerk my dissatisfaction and asked that she call owner or someone who could tell me what they were going to do since I was expecting it to be cleaned by 9/16.
