I have been going to Ink Refill Center in Spring Hill, FL - Deltona Ave for over a year. The reason: friendly, customer oriented, and they know what they are talking about. I've only had trouble with one ink refill cartridge; the outcome, they replaced it under their 100% guarantee. It still had ink in it but wasn't working.
