They charged me for a movie that I returned. When I went inside the store to figure this out, the associate refused to look for my movie while I was there claiming he already did when I called about it. I never received any phone calls about this movie even though the associate claims my phone number was correct in the system. I will never go back to this store again, and do not recommend anybody going there either. Not only do you get charged for a movie(s) you return, but nobody will look for the movie, and tell you, you received phone calls you didn't receive, didn't return movies you did, and tell you there is nothing they will do for you. ...read more
