My fiance tried to order two bouquets on the website. It wouldn't cooperate so he called and ordered direct. We didn't get the flowers until after 5pm and my supposed to be red roses and lilies turned out to be a small Easter basket of mixed flowers. Ridge would not stand behind THEIR mistake AND charged TWO delivery fees when only one trip was made. I've been told I would NOT receive any credit but I could pick up a "love bouquet" from North Sebring when I live almost to Lake Placid. Not worth the drive. i visited ridge florist in april before my trip back north. i asked for an arrangement of beautiful cut flowers in a decorative vase (not the normal clear vase) to be sent to my mother for mother's day. I spoke to the lady at length as to what i wanted. A WOW affect when it was delivered. Paying $100.00 plus, the arrangement was delivered coincidentally as I was on the phone with my mother. There was no "wow" in the arrangement. It was tall with not all that many flowers and in a clear vase. It was suppose to be a table arrangement and it was so tall (only the wood sticks) that it wouldn't even fit on her table w/o hitting the chandelier. there was more filler than flowers. i am very dissatisfied with the arrangement that was delivered and am waiting for a call back from Ridge. But after reading the other rating, I won't hold my breath. These flowers were from me and my four siblings.
