I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!! They are the rudest people I have ever encountered. All I did was explain my case to them and they rudely told me that I was wrong and did not have a case. I tried to explain the details and they talked over me and didn't even let me finish. All I was trying to do was get information and they were extremely rude. The supervisor came on the phone after I asked the woman to transfer me, and as soon as he picked up the line, he started screaming at me. I ended up hanging up on him because he was yelling so loud and being so mean I was almost in tears. I would never recommend anyone ever to even have a free consultation with them! I would rather pay $250.00 for a 45 min consultation, then be verbally abused by these people! Worst experience I've ever had! DO NOT CHOSE THEM TO REPRESENT YOU! ...read more
