Ordered replacement items for their system over a year ago. Paid for these and was told a few days. Have made so many calls it is not even worth counting any longer. They NEVER get back to you, no material has been delivered and they will look you in the eye and bold face lie to you about getting back to you. We will be upgrading our systems in the summer and believe me these people are not on our list. What a joke. ...read more

We have been a satisfied multi-location client of EMG for many years now. The big difference I think you will experience with EMG is after you sign on the dotted line. In my experience this is when other companies forget who you are and assign a number to you. Long recorded messages and longer times placed on hold are the unfortunate norm.
