Dear Nancy, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your service and commitment to excellence. You and your employees have gone above and beyond in efforts to document my sobriety through random drug testing. I was advised by my attorney that random drug testing was not possible without a court order. Important to this is I don’t have a criminal record or even a traffic violation to my name. Hence I struggled approaching the court for an order and having to wait more than 2 months to be seen by a judge. I was amazed by your depth of knowledge, invalidating what legal counsel stated. You explained that voluntary testing could be done and the forensic logistics necessary to conduct random testing.
