Mr. Seagle, My name is Jacquelyn DeAngelo and I am a Marine Scientist seeking employment with your company. My goal is to obtain a job in which I can apply my knowledge as a marine biologist and environmental conservation scientist in mitigating and improving the current status of the marine environment and coastal ecosystems in the Central Florida area. While earning my Masters of Science degree at the University of Miami, my focus became the study of protection of marine habitats in urban and highly populated areas. My work as a Biological Scientist at Florida Fish and Wildlife provided me with the opportunity to study a number of endangered species through permitting and in field research. Most recently, while working with Erickson Consulting Engineers, Inc., I have gained experience in independently conducting Environmental Impact Assessments and developing monitoring and mitigation plans.
