Family members were down for a visit and became ill. After a quick search we found ourselves at Sarasota Immediate Care, there was little wait time and Dr. Sassano took great care of us. SINCE 3/13/09 I HAVE TRIED TO HAVE MY RECORD CLEARED. I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I OWED $141.55 FROM A.R.M. INC. A COLLECTION AGENCY. I CALLED SARASOTA MEMORIAL THE SAME DAY AND FOUND THAT "ANOTHER MARY HEALY" OWED THIS BILL. I REQUESTED IN WRITTING TO EXPLAIN THAT IT WAS AN ERROR . INSTEAD I RECEIVED A GENERIC LETTER STATING THEY WOULD TAKE MY NAME OFF. SINCE THEN I WROTE TO DAVID VENRINDER, WHO IN TURN SAID A CHRISTINE OLANDER WOULD CONTACT ME, WAITED 3 WEEKS, NO CONTACT, I LEFT A MESSAGE WHICH WAS NOT RETURNED. I CALLED A.R.M. YESTERDAY, TO SEE WHAT CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE. I WAS INFORMED THE ADDRESS WAS CHANGED.....HOWEVER, MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH IS STILL ON THIS ACCOUNT . WHAT IS GOING TO TAKE, TO CLEAR THIS UP.....I HAVE A EXECELLANT CREDIT RATING AND WILL NOT HAVE THAT RUINED BY YOUR MISTAKES.
