I agree with the other reviewer that this Walgreens is tough to shop at! I go at least once a week and typically run into some sort of issue. Just yesterday the cashier refused to take my coupons that clearly said "manufacturer" on them. When he said he would get the manager, a lady came over who wasn't the manager and started telling me how I couldn't use them. I tried explaining Walgreens coupon policy to her, but she wouldn't even let me talk! This has happened before, and I usually just call later that day or the next and speak to the manager. Her name is Candice. She usually apologizes for the cashier not knowing to do something and tells me to go back to the store so it can be fixed. I've started going to a Walgreens a little further down on Clark Road. Even though it's further from my house, it saves me time because it's better organized, and they know their coupon policy better. ...read more

The sale signs are not always up so you have to carry the ad around with you and look to make sure you are getting the product that is on sale. But the worst part is that the employees are incompetent. If you use coupons, do not go to this Walgreens. ...read more
