I would not use this company again. They do not guarantee their work. After they left we noticed that the side rails were lower after re-assembled and asked them to make them flush as they were when they disassembled a few weeks ago. They pretty much told my husband "tough" and to go ahead and report to the Better Business Bureau. Obviously DON'T care about their customers regardless of what their website says. They were very nice to deal with most of the time, but did experience some impatience from them with the amount of time it took for us to have them come back and reassemble the pool table (instead of 1 week it took about 3 due to other things happening in our renovations).
