1st in my book. Meet them when I had to have my bike towed. The Harley Dealer said they only use them for there customers bikes. After calling & having bike bike towed in by Knowtow, I know why. Great Customer Service. Had my bike towed by KnowTow Motorcycle Towing & the driver told me they had Elvis Towing also if my car ever brokedown, it did & I called them. One Stop Towing for my car & bike. Thanks for Great Service both times, I won't call anyone else. ...read more

Had a Flat tire on my Harley-Davidson, called the Harley Dealer & they said they would call Knowtow Motorcycle Towing to come & Get me. Knowtow called me within 5 minutes, I told them I was in Bartow, Fl & ask how long it would be, I was told about an hour. The driver was on time, had a special truck, not a trailer that was just for towing motorcycles. The driver was very knowledgeable & careful when loading my Harley. I was Overly Impressed by this company & had no idea they even existed. He took me to the Harley Dealer in Brandon to get the tire repaired.
