When I went into Crown Jaguar to look into leasing a new car I already had my mind made up about what kind of car I wanted. I didn't think that I would be leaving that same day with my new car but thanks to the super helpful staff I was able to drive out of there with my new vehicle. Bill Martin was beyond helpful and he really made me feel comfortable with the entire process. He treated me so well and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. Everyone else at Crown was very patient and were able to work with me and provide me with some of the best customer service I have ever had at a car dealership. We arrived with a check light issue late morning on New Year's Eve with a service ramp full of cars with appointments. Cliff promptly handled the intake paperwork. Between Cliff's professional and personal touch and the super service department we were able to pickup our Santa Fe by 6pm the same day. Our expectations were the day after New Years.
