I bought a Groupon for detailing and called several times to schedule an appointment. After about the 4th call i finally recieve a call back. I was told that the soonest that I can be scheduled is 6 weeks out. I reluctantly agreed to this even though I was getting my car detailed to sell my car as soon as possible. About 4 days prior to my appointment I call HIM to reconfirm the date and all seemed to be on schedule. On the day of the appointment he was due to arrive @ 9 a.m. I waited until 1:45 p.m. No call, no show. I even called the number provided 4 times! I took the day off work for NOTHING!!! I am extremely agitated @ the unprofessionalism of this business! A simple call to let me know that he could not make it, would have been understandable but he could even provide me that courtesy. If he keeps this up he'll be out of business soon enough! I'll be spending the weekend detailing my car to list for sale instead of spending it with my family and I lost a days wages. ...read more

Be careful with this place. You don't stay in your car for any of washing. I took my car in and asked they not leave the keys in the ignition but they did anyway and left on my automatic windshield sensors which I later discover (2 hours later) had caused their wash to rip off one of my blades and damage the arm of the other one. The garage assured me this is what happened (nothing else could have done this in the 2 hours between washing and using the wipers) and they see it often. The owner of the car wash was rude and yelled at me calling me a liar when I went back and told him. He claimed both the garage and I were wrong and he had nothing to do with it.
