I've purchased TWO mailboxes through the years & have LOVED them. The owner Susan took the pictures I sent of my cat & made the mailbox look like my cat. Susan was very helpful after MANY years when the nose fell off & promptly sent a new one and instructions on how to attach it. The first mailbox I got was in 2004 (with proper care it lasts a long time), and if for a hailstorm this past March 2016, I would not have replaced it. I of course had to have a NEW one made, so Susan made one to match my current cat. I couldn't part with the old one, so I moved it to my back yard - something Susan said one of her customers does. The new one is awesome & I get a lot of compliments on it. You do need to be patient, as her work is all custom & hand done & it takes time. But it's well worth the wait. The construction of the new mailbox has improvements over the old one, so Susan is constantly looking to improve her products. She's a joy to work with and I highly recommend her work. ...read more

I got one of the Gecko mailboxes for Christmas five years ago and we couldn't take it when we moved. My husband surprised me with another one this Christmas . I couldn't be happier. I LOVE it !!!!!! I was so happy to see this company was still in business. ...read more
